Order Process

FOR 'READY TO PRINT' WEDDING STATIONERY

  • Once you have placed your order by choosing the options you require and making payment via the online shop, I will review your order and check everything is correct. I will send out a confirmation note once everything has been checked. If you left any special requests in the comments box, then I will get in touch to confirm and ammend your final bill if necesary

  • If you included your wording with your order - perfect! If you didn't, you need to email me now with your final version wording before I can make a start on your designs

  • When payment and all wording has been received, I will email you an electronic pdf of your first draft designs (within 2 working days for express orders, within 4 working days for all other orders)

  • You email me with any ammendments you'd like to make

  • I finalise your designs until you are happy with everything

  • You sign off the electronic proof, ready for your designs to be proffessionally printed

  • I organise the printing. Once everything has been printed, I hand check everything before carefully packing up your precious stationery, safe and securely, and despatching it next day with my overnight insured courier. I will inform you of delivery estimates and tracking numbers. I generally send out packages to be delivered Monday-Friday during work hours, but you can also request a Saturday morning delivery or allocated slots too if that's easier

  • You, or someone else will need to be there to sign for the package

FOR 'BESPOKE' WEDDING STATIONERY

  • Please refer to my bespoke page to gauge a rough idea of costs. Then contact me via the bespoke contact form, and I can arrange a phonecall/Skype/facetime chat to discuss your ideas and so we can get to know each other a little bit. I will then give you a formal quote for you to decide whether you'd like to place an order

  • When you're ready to go ahead, I will send you an invoice. You can make payment via BACS (or paypal for international orders) and email through your final edit wording. Orders over £750 can be paid in two installments. The first before project commencement, and second once designs have been signed off to be printed

  • After the initial payment, I will email you an electronic pdf first draft of your designs within 2 weeks

  • I can arrange another chat to discuss your ammendments and preferences and I will edit your designs until you are super happy with the final version. I will even go back to the drawing board if my first design really isn't 'the one' - I just want you both to be delighted with designs before they go to print. If you like, I can even organise a printed hard proof for you to see before you make the final commitment. When you're happy to sign off - then we go to print
